TRUMAN E. (Roy) GAILEY, JR. PRESIDENT/OWNER

In 1963 Roy Gailey had just joined Carter Electric as an apprentice, but Bill Carter immediately recognized his potential and took special interest in his education. With encouragement from Mr. Carter, Roy graduated from the apprenticeship program in 1966 and received his Journeyman License. This was the first step in what has become a lifelong devotion to the building trades in Central Florida.

HENRY W. (Wake) GAILEY VICE PRESIDENT

In 1982, after eleven years in the field, the logistics of coordinating the men, materials, and equipment, fell on Carter Electric's biggest shoulders - those of Wake Gailey. His day has begun at 5:30 a.m. ever since. Project management and estimating were a natural progression for him. Establishing professional relationships and his talent for negotiation and compromise have been essential to our growth and in sustaining on-going maintenance contracts for FPL, Halifax Hospital and Florida Health Care, among others.

MATTHEW J. (Matt) WITTWER VICE PRESIDENT

Matt has only recently joined the Carter Electrical Company team, having come to work in 2005 in the capacity of Estimator and Project Manager. However, his career began some twenty years ago.

Garylyn O. (Gary) Dover Secretary

Gary joined Carter Electric in 2001 as Project Manager/Estimator and began Work on several market sectors including our healthcare design/build markets.
