Tidelands on the Intracoastal

Tidelands is the third condominium development that Carter has completed for Centex Destination Properties in the Palm Coast area. The other two were Cinnamon Beach and Canopy Walk.

This gated project consisted of seven (7) 28 plexes, two (2) 20 plexes, two (2) 12 plexes, eleven (11) 10 plex townhouses with garages, two (2) 8 plex townhouses with garages, one (1) Clubhouse, one (1) Bath house and twenty-one (21) detached multiple bay garages. This property covers over one mile of the Intracoastal.

Construction began in October of 2005 and we have just completed the Bath house which included a Pool, Dancing fountain and Jacuzzi. The electrical construction for the above referenced project also consisted of a programmable fire alarm system and multimedia system which was included in our scope of work.
